巴黎政治学院（法文：Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris；英文：Paris Institute of Political Studies）简称巴政（Sciences Po），是一所由埃米尔·布特米于1872年建立、位于巴黎市中心的世界顶尖社科类大学校，系法国政治学院（IEP）系统最高学府、附属于巴黎大学的行政独立法人，在欧洲乃至世界享有盛誉，为欧洲社会科学大学联盟、国际事务专业学院协会成员。

6. 需要的文件

1）A thesis project in PDF or Word format (5,000 words maximum). 3000 words maximum for the PhD programme in History, excluding bibliography, that shouldn’t exceed 20-25 titles

2）A synopsis of your thesis project (two pages) in PDF or Word format

6）A copy of the last completed degree (for the PhD in political science, highest honours on the Masters thesis is required)

8）For the PhD programmes in Sociology and History, a signed letter from a thesis supervisor authorised to supervise research at Sciences Po, indicating that he/she accepts to supervise your thesis. 

9）For the PhD programme in Sociology, a letter from the laboratory director indicating that he/she accepts to host you in the laboratory. 

 

7. 博士学费

For all students entering the PhD programme at the "thesis" level, the annual fee for 2020/2021 is 385 euros, irrespective of tax residency.

 

8. 奖学金

To ensure that all students admitted to Sciences Po successfully complete their studies, Sciences Po has substantially reinforced its social aid policy.

This policy is defined in consultation with faculty and student representatives who sit on the Joint Commission and the Board of Management. A progress report is submitted each year to these two bodies.

 

1）FINANCIAL AID FOR STUDENTS WITHOUT A CROUS BURSARY

Students without a CROUS bursary whose household income per share is less than €12,583 and whose tuition fees will therefore amount to €0 for the 2020-2021 academic year will receive a financial aid of €400 (roughly 50% of the additional Sciences Po cost of living bursary for the CROUS level 0Bis).

This aid will be disbursed as a lump sum from September 2020 onwards provided that the student’s administrative registration is finalised. It will only be disbursed for years or semesters (50% of the amount) during which courses are attended at Sciences Po or during compulsory internship periods.

3）THE EMILE-BOUTMY SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is awarded by Sciences Po to students, first time applicants, from outside the European Union who demonstrate academic excellence and fulfil the profile requirements.

4）THE MASTERCARD FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS

The scholarships offered in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation are merit-based scholarships for students from sub-Saharan African countries who face financial and other barriers to higher education.

These highly selective scholarships are open to candidates applying to our Bachelor's programme, one of our seven graduate schools, or Sciences Po Summer School.

The online application form is only applicable to students studying abroad or carrying out an internship outside of Europe. Please note that incomplete applications or applications submitted after the deadline will not be dealt with.
