波恩大学，全称莱茵-弗里德里希-威廉-波恩大学，位于德国北莱茵-威斯特法伦州波恩，是一所德国一流、世界著名的高等学府，世界百强大学，德国精英大学、U15大学联盟、Europaeum成员。作为德国规模最大的综合性大学之一，其前身是创建于1777年的科隆公国学院。波恩大学是18世纪启蒙运动的产物，其数学、社会科学（政治学、法学、哲学及经济学）以及医学等领域均在世界享有盛名。波恩大学的毕业生中涵盖多位诺贝尔奖、菲尔茨奖、莱布尼茨奖及普利兹克奖得主。德意志皇帝威廉二世、联邦德国第一任总理阿登纳、马克思、哈贝马斯、海涅、尼采等都曾在波恩大学学习。
