博士学位有《高等教育法》做出界定，由高等教育院校的博士委员会授予。博士委员会将授予学位的决定告知高校博士委员会。对于毕业评定的要求（如优等、综合优等）也由各高等教育院校的博士委员会决定。之后，各高等教育院校将在学位授予典礼上为学生授予学位。 根据高等教育法，博士学位持有者可以在姓名前加“Dr”。博士学位由国家正式确认。 英文校名：University of Veterinary Medicine, Budapest
